You are invited to Sugarfoot Stomp’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025/2026!

The AGM is your opportunity to learn about the inner workings of our organisation. Sugarfoot Stomp is actively seeking more people to join the Board and/or to help plan and run both the organisation and more Swing Dancing Events in Wellington!

At the AGM, we will:

• Review the Annual Performance Report 2025, which includes an overview of the past year’s activities and finances

• Discuss the 2026 Operations Plan, Budget and Calendar of Outputs

• Nominate and elect new Board Members

• Open Membership for 2026.

Sugarfoot Stomp needs a minimum of 6 financial Members to attend the AGM, so please come along!
