Our Society
Sugarfoot Stomp is an Incorporated Society with Charitable Status, which means that we have a constitution that outlines how the society operates.
In particular, the constitution sets out:
What Sugarfoot Stomp's purposes are,
How the Board (which runs Sugarfoot Stomp) works, including how Board Members are appointed,
How people become members of Sugarfoot Stomp,
How the Code of Conduct Committee operates, including how issues are addressed;
What Sugarfoot Stomp can spend money on,
That our annual financial statements need to be independently peer-reviewed, and
What happens at our Annual General Meetings (AGM).
You can download our full Constitution (The Rules) below.
If you have any questions about any of them, please contact us.
