Our Society

Sugarfoot Stomp is an Incorporated Society with Charitable Status, which means that we have a constitution that outlines how the society operates.

In particular, the constitution sets out:

  • What Sugarfoot Stomp's purposes are,

  • How the Board (which runs Sugarfoot Stomp) works, including how Board Members are appointed,

  • How people become members of Sugarfoot Stomp,

  • How the Code of Conduct Committee operates, including how issues are addressed;

  • What Sugarfoot Stomp can spend money on,

  • That our annual financial statements need to be independently peer-reviewed, and

  • What happens at our Annual General Meetings (AGM).
