Workshop 1: Collegiate Shag
1pm-2pm

It's what you have all been waiting for folks! For the first time in 2019 Sugarfoot Stomp has a Collegiate Shag class on offer.

This workshop covers everything from Cross-Fit Shag to learning the building blocks to get you shaggin' on the dance floor at our World Lindy Hop Day dance later on in the evening.

So get ready to sweat like it's 1930- bring your fitness gear! (drink bottle, towel, change of top).

Workshop 2: Frankie Inspired Lindy Hop
2:15-3:15pm

The legend Frankie Manning has been inspiring generations of Swing Dancers over the years. This workshop is designed to give you the learning edge in the development of your Lindy-hop dance journey. This is an intermediate / advanced workshop with more of a collaborative focus.
